Serious Personal Injury / Truck Accident / Wrongful death

We evaluate each case on the basis of its merits. Where our clients have had their lives adversely affected by an accident or other circumstance resulting in serious personal injury or wrongful death, through the negligence or wrongful acts of others, we endeavor to make a positive difference in their lives. Your rights under our laws entitle you to make legal claims for financial compensation when such injury or wrongful death occurs.  Once we take your case, we strategically proceed as your advocate, to make legal claims for you, to fight for you, and to endeavor to obtain just financial compensation, which we hope will-- in turn-- bring to you a sense of balance.

We have obtained significant financial recoveries in the following areas of personal injury and wrongful death law: elder abuse involving lack of supervision in an assisted-living facility resulting in debilitating injuries, vehicle negligence resulting in car-to-car accidents and car-to-pedestrian accidents involving grave personal injuries, and, in some cases, wrongful death, truck accident litigation resulting in extremely serious debilitating injuries and wrongful death, battery and intentional torts resulting in serious personal injuries.  We have recovered substantial sums for clients that suffered debilitating injuries including paralysis, brain injury, back injuries, and have recovered for family members in wrongful death actions, in high-stakes, extremely difficult liability proof-cases. We are experienced in working with excellent experts and have prosecuted cases successfully resulting in recoveries substantially beyond client expectations.
